Pickled Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz tequila (your preferred kind)

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • 1 oz pickled pineapple juice (from the jar)

  • 1/2 oz agave syrup or honey (optional for added sweetness)

  • 1-2 pieces of pickled pineapple (For muddling and garnish)

  • 1-2 slices of pickled jalapeño (For muddling and garnish)

  • Salt & Tajin for rimming the glass 

    Instructions:

  • Rim your glass with salt & Tajin.

  • Muddle pickled pineapple and jalapeno in shaker

  • In a shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, pickled pineapple juice, and agave syrup (if using).

  • Add ice and shake well.

  • Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.

  • Garnish with a slice of pickled pineapple and pickled jalapeño slices.

  • Serve as a refreshing cocktail with a unique sweet and spicy twist.

Pickled Pineapple Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices whole-grain or sourdough bread, toasted

  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed

  • 4-5 pieces of pickled pineapple, chopped

  • 4-5 pieces of pickled jalapeno
