
Pickled Peach & Basil Mojito
Ingredients:
2 oz white rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz pickled peach juice (from the jar)
1 tsp raw honey or agave syrup
2 pickled peaches, pickled basil leaves, and pickled orange rinds
Club soda
Ice
Instructions:
In a glass, muddle the pickled peaches, basil leaves, and pickled orange rinds with honey (if using) and lime juice.
Add the white rum and pickled peach juice, then stir.
Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a slice of pickled peach.
Serve as a refreshing, slightly tangy cocktail perfect for summer.

Ingredients:
2 slices whole-grain bread or ciabatta rolls
4 slices Prosciutto
8 oz of Burrata
4 pickled peaches, chopped
Fresh basil leaves
