
Simple Korean-Style Pickled Garlic Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups mixed greens (such as arugula or spinach)
1/4 cup of Korean style pickled garlic brine
5 pieces of pickled garlic, sliced thinly
1/4 cup fresh scallions, chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 cup toasted almonds
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp raw honey (optional, to balance the tang)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, toss together the mixed greens, pickled garlic slices, chopped scallions, toasted almonds, and cucumber.
Toss and Serve: Drizzle the Korean style garlic brine over the salad and toss to coat everything evenly. Serve immediately.

Pickled Garlic & Spicy Noodles
Ingredients:
2 oz cooked noodles (soba, rice noodles, or udon)
1/4 cup pickled garlic, sliced
1/4 cup of Korean style pickled garlic brine (From jar)
1 tsp sesame oil
2-3 pickled chili peppers
1/4 cup fresh scallions, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds
A drizzle of raw honey (optional for sweetness)
Instructions:
Toss the cooked noodles with pickled garlic, Korean style pickled garlic brine, sesame oil, and pickled chili peppers (if using).
Add fresh scallions and sesame seeds for crunch.
Drizzle with a touch of raw honey if you want to balance the spiciness with sweetness.
Serve cold for a refreshing and spicy noodle dish or as a side to your main course.

Korean Style Pickled Garlic Hummus
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked chickpeas
2 tbsp Korean style pickled garlic brine (from the jar)
3 pieces of pickled ginger
3 pieces of pickled garlic
1 tbsp tahini
Fresh scallions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Blend the chickpeas, pickled garlic juice, pickled ginger, pickled garlic, tahini, and in a food processor until smooth.
Garnish with fresh scallions for extra crunch.
Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables as a savory dip or appetizer.
